These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AMP website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Putticali Mobility Innovations Private Limited, operating under the brand name “AMP” (“Company”, “AMP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About AMP

AMP is a premium electric vehicle operating lease platform designed to enable access to electric vehicles through structured leasing and subscription-based models.

AMP does not provide loans, insurance, investment advice, tax advice, or employment benefits. All arrangements are subject to eligibility, verification, third-party approvals, and applicable policies.

2. Eligibility and use

Use of the Services is subject to eligibility criteria determined by AMP and its partners. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and acknowledge that misrepresentation may result in denial or termination of Services.

3. Illustrations, pricing, and representations

All figures, examples, comparisons, tax illustrations, savings estimates, and cash-flow representations shown on the website are indicative and for informational purposes only.

Actual costs, benefits, tax outcomes, and savings may vary based on individual circumstances, HR policies, statutory provisions, market conditions, and third-party terms.

Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, guarantee, or financial commitment.

4. Tax and HR policy disclaimer

Any reference to tax savings or payroll structuring is subject to applicable income tax laws, interpretations, and the existence of employer HR policies permitting vehicle leasing as an employee perk.

AMP does not provide tax advice. Users are solely responsible for consulting qualified tax or legal professionals.

5. Prohibited Use

The Services may be used only for lawful purposes. You agree and undertake not to use or encourage, or permit others to use, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:

1. belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right;
2. is misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, harassing, libellous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, lewd, lascivious, profane, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, encourages money laundering or gambling, or promotes enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence or is otherwise objectionable;
3. is harmful to a child;
4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
5. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or information which is patently false or misleading in nature; or, in respect of any business of the Government of India, is identified as fake or false or misleading by such fact check unit of the Government of India as the relevant ministry of the Government of India may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, specify;
6. intimidates and/or harasses another person;
7. impersonates any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity;
8. does anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory;
9. does anything that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or relates to terrorism, sedition or other tortious activities, public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation;
10. contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
11. is in the nature of an online game that is not verified as a permissible online game;
12. is in the nature of advertisement or surrogate advertisement or promotion of an online game that is not a permissible online game;
13. disrupts or interferes with the security of, or otherwise causes harm to, the Services, systems resources, or gains unauthorized access to user accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Services or any affiliated or linked sites;
14. accesses the Services through means other than through the interface that is provided by the Company;
15. violates any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India;
16. violates any of the terms specified under these Terms or any other Company policies; or
17. creates, modifies, hosts or shares any synthetic generated information that appears real or authentic and is likely to mislead, false documents, or content falsely depicting real persons or events.

Any violation of these Terms by you, including the above clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal or disabling of access to such content, and, where required or permitted under applicable law, disclosure of your identity to affected persons or authorities and reporting of such activity to law enforcement agencies, and as well as punishment under applicable laws.

6. Third-party services

The Services may involve third-party providers, including vehicle owners, OEMs, insurers, financiers, employers, and service partners.

AMP is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, or terms of any third party. Any agreement with a third party is independent of AMP.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, brand elements, and visual design, is the intellectual property of Putticali Mobility Innovations Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

AMP makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services for any specific purpose.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMP, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services without notice if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
